We would like to thank Shaun & Kieran plus their terrific crew for all their work and efforts on this large & detailed project, which turned a nine year old derelict, overgrown building into what is now a beautiful home in just over fifteen months of hard work.
Particularly impressive was their attention to both the detailing of the building plus assistance & guidance in selecting quality suppliers & sub-contractors in other trades needed to assist the works needed for renovating & extending the original house.
This included the construction of a magnificent driveway down to the promenade, this entailed both digging out & removal of over 100 lorry loads of earth, plus the construction of high retaining walls.
In addition, they importantly throughout the project came up with many suggestions & ideas which were incorporated in the project, these were both for improvements & also cost savings suggestions.
Finally & importantly the whole project was completed in a spirit of co-operation, harmony & friendship.
We would totally recommend them to anyone who needs quality building works at a very competitive price,
