Looney & McAlister have just completed a new two floor retail premises for us at 66 Main Street, Larne. This was quite a difficult build to complete due to access, availability of services and stone walls of adjoining buildings.
As Main Contractors, they dealt with these problems immediately and with minimum inconvenience to the public and their Client.
They are surrounded by a very experienced team of professional tradesmen and all the work was carried out to a very high standard within the required time limit.
They have worked very closely with Architects and with all service providers.
We are very pleased with the finished building which is now fully tenanted and would thank Shaun and his team for the way the whole contract was carried out.
